Anyone else sick of Europe? Seems like the last 2 years the market goes way down on "debt fears" then recovers on "hopes" that measures are being taken to resolve the problem. Then time goes by you hear nothing, then it seems like out of no where it starts all over again. Guess thats the way the market works.

Ya think.

A friend and I have a running joke that the only thing change about Europe is the headlines printed in the paper. One day they are doomed and the next day they are saved.

They are destined for total meltdown, as are we. You cant possible promise all this crap to people who do nothing for it when you have no way to pay for it. Politicians worldwide dont have the balls necessary to make the cuts needed to perserve these governments. Markets are truely never allowed to work cause it causes too much pain for people, then the politicians get blamed and they dont want to look bad. Look at our housing market. They never let the thing hit bottom, like they should have. Now we have all kinds of extra gov't debt trying to prop this thing up. The market would have found what houses were really worth if the govt would have let the $hit hit the fan. So now what? All we are doing is reinflating the bubble.

PS. I know 16 people that bought their first house and got that fancy $8,000 check from uncle sam.
