We put a 30'x16' insulated CHI overhead door in our new building last yr. I have also had CHI insulated overhead doors in my garage for 10-12 yrs. So far so good. WE also have anon-insulated "OverHead" brand door in an older quonset. Door is 24'x13'6" and has been in since 1978. No problems with it either.
