Subject: Ran a new S77 Gleaner today

SE North Dakota
S77 Gleaner with 40ft dynaflex head. Combine was real quiet and seemed to have good power in wheat that was running in the 60s. We also run two R-75s with 35ft Macdons. The dynaflex head seems to feed nicer than the macdons in heavy straw. It doesn't half stall out when it hits the centerdraper. Don't really care for the reel on the dynaflex cause if you run it too low it throws the wheat straw out the back of the head and if you run it too high it starts to leave skips so you have to be on the reel all the time. We were in Faller wheat which threshes kind of hard. The S77 was doing a better job than ours and we have filler bars in and the S77 doesn't.
