would prices fall to 6 and 13 if we have to ration what we do have??? Not trying to be a smart -ass but there wont be any new production coming on-line till south americas harvest in feburary so won't prices have to stay elavated to ration what we have?? If they fall back to far won't end users just start back up and chew thru cheap grains as though all is well? just asking for opinion
