| All of the one ton second generation Dodge diesels had the Dana 80 rear end, the 3/4 ton manual transmission trucks had a hybrid rear axle consisting of an 80 center section and outside of the spring perches were from a 70. The 3/4 ton automatics had a true Dana 70 rear end. I think they changed axles on the third gen trucks but I haven't paid enough attention to them to know what they've got.
