Geo thermal, a/c is more effecient than heating. 66x75x20' in floor tubes for heat. blower for a/c keep at 70 degrees. open and close 30' hydro swing and temp rises 2-3 degrees, has it back down in an hour. We did shop and old house at same time. Cut bills by 1/3 and more than doubled the heated and cooled area. Payback in 8-10 years depending on LP and electric prices.

Do you have a unit for both your shop and house then or can this all be done with one huge unit?
