Subject: Keeping water from freezing? ie.for fence const.

Baldwin City, KS
I carry a portable water tank on fence jobs to put a little in with the sackcrete. When it gets to 32, I just don't use water. I recently bought a core drill for my Bobcat and I need to use water with it. How can I keep my tank and hose from freezing? Will calcium chloride work? Where can I get it and how much per gallon to stop freezing of the tank.
