Well I'm and idiot as well because when I start paying for NH3 and other inputs in the prior fall I start covering those purchases with forward sales. Wont be the best sales I make on this crop but it felt pretty good when I did it and looked like a really good sale untill not to long ago as those sales were a few cents under $6. If I had a crystal ball I would have been rich along time ago. Just wish I knew when to sell the last of the 11 crop.
