I see on the specs that they require 36-40 HP per shank. According to that I would be okay..... Seems to be a split consensus?
The 870 Brochure I have in my hand says that it is a recommendation on PTO horsepower not engine horsepower. Many Sable soils pull very hard. If he has some of the harder pulling Sables I would think he would want at least 430HP and would probably want 450-500+ HP in tough conditions to feel comfortable. |
