I own both, have rebuilt both, carefully check all 8 bushings on parallel arms on all units and make sure bolts aren't loose. Not a pain to change but a hassle even with an air gun. I think the 3600 is heavier, easier to adjust, and an overall improved design. But they both plant and get the job done as long as they are in good shape and properly maintained.
Kinze 2600 or 3600?
