Look over on the livestock page of Ag talk, There is a good article listed about feeding droughthy corn etc within the last few days. The main problem is usually nitrate content. Silage helps with that compared to dry hay or just grazing them out/greenchopping.

Where are you located? Probably someone in the area that can chop and bag it for you. Or maybe you can get it chopped and put into a pile or bunker?
