Subject: Re: Autofarm or Trimble?

Just to throw in the pot some specs on new BEELINE/AGCO ArroUniversal 2cm RTK product;

1. In machine Controller/Screen designed to be able to autosteer off RTCM, CMR, CMR+, 3rd Party signal formats, BEELINE has done this since 2003. Means will run off other brands of bases if your local dealer wishes to help with radio matching/configuration.
2. Only system on the market that actually meets the global standard for ISOBUS compatibility, meaning say ISOBUS RAVEN Viper Pro or Dicky John controllers as examples can plug directly into the ArroUniversal and their menu's/controls etc are displayed on the BEELINE screen. ArroUniversal can support up to 4 functions at any one time, ie. adjusting seed and fertiliser rates in line with past yield maps while also autosteering at the one time on the one screen interface. As machinery manufactuers release more equipment on this standard the BEELINE will give you true "interoperability", could say control John Deere ISOBUS Maximerge Planter seeding rates while machine monitoring an ISOBUS MT765 and autosteering while logging all data back to the one card and all controlled via one ArroUniversal screen monitor.
3. In field pass to pass and repeatability performance has always been world leading, since 1997 with their first REV C product. No "next year" on this. Trimble product only other we have ever seen come close for consistent sub 2cm accuracy particularly when working at speed and over undulating country. An operator has never had to change "steering gain" as he speeds up or slows down, never ever had to have a "nudge" feature etc.

Just thought if looking at a reliable 2cm system that will never care what "colour" is in sitting on and has been designed with view to "future proofing" a growers investment this new product is very hard to walk past. Best bit is the price dropped by about 25% too.
