Oregon | Out of loyalty and youthful ignorance, I say 510. Hands down. From age 10 to age 14 I missed weeks of school each year to run a 510. Even when I did go to school, I would run it in sunflowers from 4:30PM to 10PM- when someone else would take over. Now with the benefit of history and hindsight, if I were forced to depend up any of them today, I'd go with the 815 because in hindsight, IH seems like there were ahead of everyone. But the opportunity to miss school AND spend the days in a new combine? Of course the 510 was the best thing that could happen! Add a vertical stack, about 6 halogens and some carpet and mat for the dog to sleep on behind the seat and it was easy for a 12 year old kid to think: "BTO".
