About 300 to 400 miles NE of you AF machines in the Palouse area and harvesting peas and lentils in addition to wheat and barley and all the parts touching grain will be shot in 2000 hours or less. Scraping the ground and ingesting abrasive soil with a little volcanic ash in it is tough on combine innards. Hard chrome on rub bars and concaves are pretty common.
