The tissue test is kind of meaningless for everything except Sulfur. That is the only nutrient that shows any correlation between soil samples and tissue tests. I've taken tests from fields that show extreme nutrient deficiencies on the plant and the test comes back high and also taken samples from fields that are loaded with nutrients from plenty (sometimes more than allowed) manure and those come back showing low or deficient. I wouldn't make many fertilizer recommendations based on the tissue test - they are simply a snapshot of what that exact hybrid is showing at that exact time. Dry & wet soils give you different results, some nutrients can mask others - the list goes on. Best to have a soil sample done if you are trying to really get your nutrients fine tuned.
