EC ND | We have had a nice crop until now, but we are now at a critical point. We are out of moisture and seem to missing all the little rain showers that have kept us going until now. Corn just starting to pollinate with the leaves all rolled up and onion green in color. Beans are really suffering the past few days. Crop isnt a failure, but losing potential much faster than I would like. I would guess a 25% reduction isn't out of question if we don't get rain in the next couple days. Today was a 60% chance of rain as of two days ago, but they completely removed it from the forecast yesterday. Hope everyone gets some rain where needed soon. | |
