2388, I don't intend to be mean and pick on you, but not much more than a week ago you were saying your crop was fine and telling me and Chad that we were Debbie Downers for not believing the myth of the invincible new hybrids. And now you think you are going to grow a bunch of 30 bushel corn?
It will still be fine @ 30 bushels. What a different 10 days makes. We are trying to fill kernels with nothing and it is kicking the stalks in the pants. Today on the weather they said we are the dryest we have been in 104 years and the corn is still going to produce corn. I think the new genetics are working for us. If I lanted old single-cross corn, it would have been dead prior to polination. Does that make sense? |
