West Union, Illinois | Yep, We are heavy on corn acres this year, so we geared up for it. I've been upgrading my equipment. Traded for a bigger combine a couple years ago, replaced 2 tandems with semi's last winter, this Spring traded 2 tractors for a big MFWD, late Spring traded 2 worn but usable augers for 2 new ones, talked with a neighbor while planting about renting bin space.
Fortunately all but the combine and the tractor are paid for.
And I think one driver will be able to keep up with the combine. | |
