South Eastern ,ILL | The crop hail adjuster was out today ,looking at the corn for wind, hail & green snap (I have the endorsement) these are the ears of corn we found while
checking for standibility. The ears look good on the stalk, but they didn't pollinate as you can see. The two ears that look decent, came from a field,
that caught some rain, on our better soils, the rest is a 0. It wasn't really a moral booster, looking at the prospects today, but no rain for 63 days, until last
Sunday, what should a person expect. The two good ears had started denting, full maturity should be July 31 @30- 35% moisture, according to the adjuster.
