When I see a sun dog or, according to Plove, "fire in the sky adjacent to the sun", I always joke with my brother saying, 'HAARP activated, rain in two days.' Of course it usually does rain in 24-48 hours but it always has done that after a sun dog. I'd say at least 75% of the time.
The HAARP device is very real, it is very powerful, what the govt is up to with it is beyond me. I don't know if it can control weather. I don't know if it can scramble data sensors on planes or missiles, either. I don't know what the **** its for. When the govt spends $300 million on something like this that doesn't have a stated purpose except to "enhance radio communications", its going to raise some suspicions among certain people. Of course the govt blows money like this all the time. | |
