If you think you are going to have an insurance claim and you might get audited you should line up your assembly sheets for the last 3 years. There might be some ethanol plants closing and if you have sold corn to them you should get copies of the assembly sheets from them now. If you have everything for the last 3 years it is not a problem but most places that we sell corn to have a very simple sheet that show all of the loads sold to them though out the year. If you can get copies of these sheets it makes the audit a lot simpler and faster.
