CPC has a Huge area of ABOVE NORMAL temps over the Thr Great Basin... and northern Rockies ...into MT WY ND SD MN WI MI into New England and over Northern IA Northern ILL northern IND and OH. There is a region of MUCH ABOVE NORMAL temperatures covering all of the Great Lakes and New England. .

6-10 DAY RAINFALL... shows an area of BELOW NORMAL Rainfall centered over West coast
into ID NV MT.... and ABOVE NORMAL Rainfall over the Gulf coast and southeast states into VA MD DE eastern PA and NJ. The Midwest sees NEAR NORMAL rainfall
