I've watched this deal develop for 12 yrs now. MO, Midwest has 4 years before this cycles out N. We are the Land of Ancient Cities here in the SW. EVERY one of those has changed over time ( 26,000 years of wet/dry history documented here ), EVERY TIME things changed it has been a dry cycle.
Are there any history of droughts
