| I don't like to ruin a good piece of fish with fancy recipes. For us, either baked with butter and a little salt and pepper, or seasoning salt, or a light coating of Bisquick and then fried in butter and oil. I tried to do something fancy once with some really good halibut that Dave brought back from Alaska, and I ruined it with the recipe that called for making this fruity type sauce for topping it. Just plain ruined the fish. | |
