| I'd give it a hit of ether and see if it trys to start. Not too much but mabey a 2-3 second burst with the fuel shutoff pulled out. That should be enough to make it go but not damage anything if it has no fuel...
They generally don't suck much on the intake at cranking speed.
You can either pull the injectors and check the compression at this point or check and see if it's got good big shots of fuel at each injector when you open the lines. If it doesn't have good shots of fuel I'd trace back and find out why.
They will OFTEN dribble a small amount of fuel that appears like it's enough but still not start...
