Not talking about taking acres away from corn, just replacing intended 2013 bean acres with wheat- double crop beans. I will not raise single crop beans anymore. Year in and out wheat- double crop bean income will kick the snot out of single crop beans. Pretty hard to gross $1000 plus per acre from single crop beans, year after year.
In fact my wheat- double crop beanacres will kick the snot out of corn income on 2011 crop. Wheat- double crop bean gross @ $1200 acre way things currently stack up. | |
