NW Missouri | Jon, sorry to hear you are having problems. Cobra might be your only option at this time for waterhemp and I would try to get it sprayed early in morning. Most likely they are already way above the labeled size. Coverage will be very important as it is a contact herbicide not a systemic like glyphosate. These weeds have pretty much shut down with the heat, overnight they are having limited growth. You might want to talk to your supplier if he recommended that tankmix for waterhemp. Most likely they are RR resistant, SU resistant and resource is not labeled for control of waterhemp. I look at the labels pretty closely when deciding on combos. Herbicide labels will show the strengths of the products as well as the weaknesses . If a product calls for the addition of another product (such as Synchrony + Reflex or Flexstar as an example) you can be sure it is not very effective by itself.
