If your system is Positive Ground, hook the + or Pos terminal of the coil to the distributor. If it were Negative Ground you would hook the - or Neg terminal of the coil to the distributor. The coils are no different between the systems. Is your system a 6 volt or 12 volt? If it's a 12 volt you will have to have a ballast resistor either in the circuit feeding the coil or built into the coil. You will choose a coil "for use with external resistor" or "with built in resistor", depending on your application. 6 volt coils use no resistor.
