IL | Some of you guys questioned when I said you can get 70% coverage here for 2.90 an acre on corn. That is for RA with harvest price option. Also talking enterprise units which is much cheaper than optional. Here is a couple of pictures one is UofIs crop insurance calculator which was a little higher than what I actually bought and the other is a generic quote I got from an agent this spring so the guarantee is just a little lower because the yield he plugged in was lower than what mine is.
I took 85% which is $19 something an acre.
