Dozer man said he dug a basement 10 ft deep last week and did not hit moisture. We've not had 10 inches of rain at our farm in the last 12 months. It quit raining this time last year but we had good moisture at this point. Caught 3 inches in a week end of July and raised a good crop last year. Our luck ran out this year along with the water.
