Clear Lake, IA | We had a 1475 seven shank on 24" with a Midwest Buster Bar, seven inch lazer points and seven inch cover boards. We pulled it with a 8770 with little to no problems. Out tractor had 18.4x42's so with 620's or 710's it would have done a much better job. We did have a full stack of weights just above the drawbar. Before this setup we had a 1465 set up with five shanks on 36". We pulled it with a 8650 with 20.8x38's and it pulled it ok. I think with any of these rippers pull much easier on 24" centers and also do a better job. | |
