assume you are talking about a browser which is viewing a web page?  if so, hold down key labeled Ctrl and press - key until the screen size is where you want it, if you go too far hold Ctrl key and press + key to make bigger

if you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down Ctrl key while you rotate the mouse wheel forward.  If it gets bigger rotate back.
