Portland TN | Sounds resonable. Parts are hard to come by for the Long brand as they have been out of bussiness for a while.
I have the same reel and use 4" pipe and have no problems with pressure and flow but am only useing a 1.125' ring.
Check the pump out as the manure may have worn the impeller out.Have them do a test pull to see if it all works and the pump will hold pressure. I run about 130PSI at the pump and 90 to 100 PSI at the reel.
Bought mine in 07 and gave $5k for the reel(Had the pump{ PTO type} and pipe so my system is kind of cobbled together).
