Pretty sure thats what they are called..   Twin fan, and we are using for post spray trying to get better coverage on my beloved weed, the pigweed..    BUT, the insert tips will come out.  The inserts are what the chemical actually come out of on the tips themselves.    Not sure why..   I have reached 110 psi once in a great while, but usually run about 40 - 75 psi running about 10 -12 gal of water....

Any one else have this problem.. Hypro replaced the broken tips so far, but what happens next year when the warranty is off???
