You are probably okay, but it is possible to have problems and I have seen less control when Roundup is allowed to sit in water for several hours.  The harder the water, the greater the risk.   The AMS should actually benefit your situation instead of hurting it because the AMS would soften the water.  The best choice is always to mix just before you spray.
