NW central IL | i remember the change from high to low, it varied by state on timing, i went to see my wifes dad in north carolina before we got married, for a summer vacation with her, they were high sulphur at the time, missouri and north carolina was two that hadnt changed when IL did. not sure about now with ultra-low, other then it sure is donkey piss compared to low suphur, i thought the same about low to high though too...alot of power loss in each step | |
