You could try Louie's at Inman. Only problem is 30 miles north and west of your location. I've heard MJ'S at Moundridge is good but no experience. Moundridge is 40 nirth of Wichita on I-135. Sorry no experience with the shop you are asking but i think either of the two shops i mentioned would treat you right.
