| I would use the high rate cobra with ams and coc - you hay have to use sequestial applications and it will look like crap -- I've had much better luck with cobra than Flexstar -- but never had PPO resistance -- if these are or not I do not know. Lots of coverage 20-30 gal water and lots of sunshine. Sometimes I feel with some of the contact chems the weeds are growing fast enough they develop new leaves and restart the photosynthesis process before the plant dies. Agree with the comments on cadet - never had real good luck with it on anything over 4 in. have had good luck with the above mix and where needed using sequential applications. I always used to tell guys if you want 100% kill use cobra vs flexstar -- if you want a good kill + residual then use flexstar - have walked way more fields with flexstar than cobra. Cobra has been better than phoenix - old rep used to say "wores crop response = better weed control" -- very true | |
