Wheat harvest is going on now in the Nebraska panhandle, eastern Wyoming.

If you're into massive wildfires, we have a good one about every 60-70 miles. Might be a nice change from the thirsty corn and beans!

Just take US 26 through the panhandle, up the north platte river valley.

P.S. We also have thirsty corn, beans, alfalfa, and sugar beets, but you can't see them because of the smoke. 1/4 mile visibility here today at times.
