Ditch both of those junk brands and get a Case 90 series. I would rank them Case, White, then John Deere. We have a 4694 and love it. I have a good friend with a 8430 vs. a 4490 and it is no comparison he says. The JD is a cumbersome, underpowered piece of garbage.
