Was thinking of baling whole corn plant and putting in inline tube for silage. Has anyone done this or do you think it would work. Will need to load on truck after it turns to silage since I'd be selling it. Will check nitrates before baling. Any thoughts on price per ton picked up at field? Will be very little or no grain.
