How do you "get an engineer to look over" anything?   Seems to be about the most useless profession there is, as I have yet to find one who was willing and/or able to actually answer a question about anything....even a question as simple as "where do I find reference material?"  Engineering is science...there should be a yes or no answer to anything, but just go try getting one...it's harder the pulling teeth.
