It's a good reminder to keep things up. I have held steady at 25-30 lost, although I gain a little 'water' weight every weekend - it's gone by Tuesday. I weigh at least once a day and adjust to keep under where I want to be. Glad to see your posts, those that don't want to read them can skip on by. Ben
