The 10-0-10-0.5 is lbs. of each nutrient per 100 lbs. of product. Figure the product weighs roughly 10 lbs./gal., so you are applying 1-0-1-0.05 per acre. If your corn is knee high or taller, it is using anywhere from 6 to 8 lbs. of N per day, so in effect, you are applying enough N to sustain the plant for approximately 4 hours.
