Subject: Soybean Herbicide Damage?

Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania
Anyone ever hear of soybeans being beaten up by BASF's Extreme? We've used it extensively this year and we are seeing some serious damage on the beans treated with it. I know Pursuit can damage beans and we've seen some stress from it, but not the leaf "peppering" and the outright killing of the plant like we are currently seeing with the Extreme. The only thing that I can think of as the likely culprit is the foliar nutrient we were using with it. The spray mix is as follows.

Water @ 15 GPA
Extreme @ 1.5 pints
Touchdown @20 oz
AMS @ 2 LBS
Surfactant @ 1 pint per 100
Fertileader Alpha @ 1.5 pints

This was applied in late evening in the mid 70's temp wise, and no wind to speak of so no drift damage to see on bordering areas. Any ideas on this? Our BASF rep is at a loss. Penn State will be next on the list for info.
