You're saying if you took that one super-hit out of his lineup, he'd be anonymous? I disagree. Even his first one, "Come Monday", put his voice out there, maybe not his name yet. Cheeseburger song made it possible for everone to join in whenever it was played. Probably a top karoake song.....maybe not, maybe "Fins" is tops? Then, there's the one that gets sung at most parties & bars when it's late & drunk......."Why don't we get drunk....".

Nahhh, Margaritaville was good, but people would still be going to his concerts if Englebert Humperdinck had sung it first, I think. Obviously it made him a lot of money though. It's been a few years, but I'd like to go see Jimmy again also. He'll be at the Tinley Park IL concert (fka World Music Theatre, fka Tweeter Ctr, now the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre), but it's waaaay too hot for my enjoyment out there.
