I'm betting land goes up.

Drought can look bad to you, but realize if drought is big what happens? Higher commodity prices. Are buyers going to look at one year's yield or long term yields? Long term.

Then, you have the uncertainty in stocks, and dismal if any returns on interest. Investors see the returns on land over the last few years, figure it will outperform others and buy land.

One year drought migh slow things in a few areas, but overal, not.
