Well, many years that's about right.
It started raining at about 3am and didn't stop until after noon. That's got to be some kind of a record for a summer rain. A local radio dj's weather report was something like, "Steady rain into the afternoon with some places getting up to a quarter inch! It's a wet one out there!!" Yes, 0.25" is big here.
Better grab a jacket....d:>)
