Subject: Pics of my irrigation system for small spruce trees.

Montpelier Indiana
We planted 75 Norway Spruce trees last year, gave them lots of water then, still having to water them this year. I irrigated each tree 15 minutes each week, next week I am going to go for 5 minutes each (takes a long while to do 75 trees).

37 – We put mulch around the trees this spring, irrigating 2 at one time.

39 – Looking East toward town along the South side of the pond.

40 – Looking West, it’s been way over 30 days since we have mowed the yard. Not much growing but buckhorn & chicory.

43 – Neighbors dog came over for a dip in the pond while I was taking these pics. The white stuff you see in the pond is some vegetation that is dying on the outer bank, water level is down 2 feet.

44 – Had we have know this ugly stinky factory was going in across the road from us I would have planted more trees closer to the lane to hide it from our view some. But they would have to be 100 feet tall!
