WY, OK | The regen makes oil, it will dilute your oil with diesel, easy fix is to remove the DPF and the EGR removed is also better. Only other big issue is the coolant side, need to test for nitrate levels every now and then. There seems to be a very few with some head issues after 100K that will ruin the engine other high dollar more rare is the high pressure fuel pump crapping out, water will destroy them in a hurry and if any is found they will not be warranted. | |
